I'm not sure this answers your question. Once a few people come together in a congressional district, they'll want to create a place to converse and exchange ideas. Maybe they'll use a Twitter / X community, a Telegram site, or a PHP Bulletin Board like this one. The software is free, but it needs to be put online. I see the Watchdog Forum as a place that lists the sites so others can find their congressional district. I suspect there will be a place for questions and general discussion. Beyond that, I'm unsure what people will need or will find useful. I suspect we'll have to adapt, or somebody will come up with a better idea.

But, for all lives on Earth, present & future: it is the failure to do Direct Change

The only real solution to free one self - this very moment - is
Direct Change: Unshackle one's mind from Hierarchy for Reciprocity!



The 'infrastructure projects' at Worgl (see above link) could have easily been extended to Universal Basic Infrastructure Services Program, covering Medicare, Housing, Education, and perhaps even a Basic Income (in the form of a Research Stipend) - had it not been prematurely ended by Hierarchy.

But the good news is: any town or city for that matter, can pick up from where Worgl left off, using the same principles, if they would only look into doing so.
