This site is designed to help us find each other to build community and peacefully but assertively maintain pressure on our representatives with little effort. The establishment has been dividing us and has done little to help us. You are welcome to begin organizing and strategizing. Since most of the important discussions will happen in the districts, your group will want their own site, like Twitter Communities, Telegram, a freeware bulletin board like this one or something else. This software is free, but it needs to be hosted, and there is a bit of a learning curve. Having your site gives your group autonomy. You invite people to your site without registering here. You choose the topics and who participates. I don’t have control over your group. I’ve gotten a lot of likes and retweets, but not many signing up; hopefully, people will find this new design more inviting and participate. I suggest groups not be much more than 100. After 100 participants, groups become unwieldy, rules need to be made, making the group bureaucratic, people may feel less connected, and the group is more likely to become a target. This has been a work in progress and an adventure. Hopefully, you will join the adventure as we make our society more just and democratic.
